The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and delivering a consistent, scalable, and high-quality recruitment service across the business globally. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of recruitment within the organisation by driving the standardisation of recruitment processes, implementing global best practices, and supporting the evolution of our recruitment operating model during a period of business transformation.
Based in Bogotá and working closely with leaders and HR teams across multiple regions, the role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with process improvement, stakeholder management and recruitment technology implementation. The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities whilst supporting the implementation of interim recruitment solutions during the post-carve-out transition period.
The role will work collaboratively with regional HR teams to evaluate and adopt a global recruitment solution, support the design and implementation of the recruitment module within HiBob, and ensure recruitment processes are aligned globally whilst remaining responsive to local market requirements. Supported by the HR Operations team, this role offers the opportunity to influence the future of talent acquisition within a growing international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Global Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies across multiple regions including UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Egypt, Bogota, and rest of the world.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, assess and interview candidates using consistent and robust selection methodologies.
Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling, offer processes and hiring decisions.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Work closely with Managers, HR Operations and Business Partners to coordinate recruitment administration and support onboarding activities.
Provide expert guidance to managers on recruitment best practices, market conditions and talent availability.
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout recruitment processes and hiring decisions.
Global Recruitment Transformation & Standardisation
Review existing regional recruitment approaches and identify opportunities to simplify and harmonise recruitment activities globally.
Develop recruitment governance, documentation, templates and process guidance to support consistency across all regions.
Establish recruitment standards and service levels that deliver a positive hiring manager and candidate experience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase recruitment effectiveness, efficiency and quality of hire.
Support organisational transformation and change initiatives impacting recruitment activities.
Interim Recruitment Solutions & Global Integration
Support the implementation and management of interim recruitment solutions during the post-carve-out transition period.
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to evaluate and adopt an existing recruitment platform or process as the global recruitment solution.
Lead the transition of recruitment activities from interim solutions to future-state processes and systems.
Develop user guides, training materials and process documentation to support global adoption and consistency.
Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant, effective and scalable throughout the transition period.
Recruitment Systems & HiBob Implementation
Act as the recruitment subject matter expert for recruitment systems, tools and technology.
Support requirements gathering, process mapping, testing and user acceptance activities for the recruitment module within HiBob.
Partner with HR Operations, HRIS, IT and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation and integration.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation within the recruitment lifecycle.
Support change management, training and adoption activities relating to recruitment technology and system enhancements.
Ensure recruitment data integrity is maintained across all recruitment systems.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Monitor recruitment activity, service levels and performance against agreed recruitment KPIs.
Produce recruitment reports and dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.
Analyse recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline health and recruitment conversion rates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
Use recruitment analytics and market insights to support workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple countries, regions and business functions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on hiring strategies, assessment approaches and recruitment best practices.
Partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and the HR Generalist to ensure seamless recruitment delivery.
Collaborate effectively across different cultures, time zones and organisational structures.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external recruitment providers where appropriate.
Ensure clear, proactive and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
4–6 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or talent management.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and preferably multiple countries or regions.
Experience working in a shared services, regional or global recruitment environment is preferred.
Experience supporting recruitment process improvement, transformation initiatives or HR technology implementations is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and sourcing skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.
Experience with HiBob or supporting HR systems implementation would be advantageous.
