At our Changshu plant in China, we specialize in the manufacturing of essential products for dialysis therapy, including dialyzers, Sterile Solutions, bloodline sets, HD machines, injection and extrusion components. With a skilled team of 900 employees, our Plant operates key production technologies such as injection molding and extrusion, Dialysis and auto assembly etc. This site plays a vital role in Fresenius Medical Care’s commitment to enhancing patient care worldwide. 中国常熟工厂专注于透析治疗核心产品的生产制造，主营产品包括透析器、无菌制剂、血液管路组件、血液透析机，以及各类注塑与挤出成型零部件。 工厂配备专业员工团队 900 余人，掌握注塑成型、挤出工艺、透析器制造及自动化装配等关键生产技术，是费森尤斯医疗践行全球患者关怀使命的重要枢纽。 加入我们充满热忱的团队，为全球医疗事业贡献力量！

Job Specifications（All responsibilities and authorities of both PD and MD shall be included）:
工作职责权限（应包括MD和PD的所有职责权限）:
Feeding raw material in all working station
负责各个工位物料的上料和下料
Sort out scrap component in all working station
在各个工位挑选出不良品
Correct batch record feeding also including other related record feeding like cleaning record
正确填写批记录以及其他车间其他相关的日常记录，例如车间清洗记录，酒精消毒记录等
Follow the work safety instruction and 5S, including workshop cleaning, machine cleaning, cleaning clothe cleaning ect.
遵循车间安全操作规程，5S维持，包括车间清洁，设备清洁，无尘服清洁等
know basic knowledge about cleaning room working obey leader's arrangement
了解无尘车间作业的基本知识，服从领班的工作安排
Responsible for material handover and handling, A/B glue addition, etc., to meet production requirements
负责物料的交接与搬运，A/B胶水添加等，使之符合生产需求
Support shift supervisor to complete production type change timely
支持轮班主管进行产品换型工作
Execute other activities related to production according to department requests
根据部门需求执行其他与生产活动相关的任务。
