How you’ll make an impact
As a Student Loans Analyst, you’ll support documentation, workflow management, reporting, operational activities and project initiatives that help lending and underwriting teams maintain service levels and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be part of teams that support Commercial Agriculture Underwriting, Underwriting Business Financing and Commercial Lending operations, working closely with Loans Analysts, Senior Loans Analysts, and business partners. If you enjoy learning new things, collaborating with others, and gaining practical business experience, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do
Support operational activities, documentation preparation, tracking and reporting
Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization efforts
Help teams respond to peak workload periods, seasonal volume increases and account reviews
Support reporting, data gathering and project activities
Assist with credit assessment and commercial lending transformation work
Organize information and support workflow management activities that contribute to service levels and turnaround times
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
Currently enrolled in agricultural economics, commerce, finance, agriculture, business or a related post-secondary program
Strong analytical thinking, organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in lending, underwriting, commercial financing or customer service
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with reporting, documentation or workflow-related activities
Interest in agricultural lending and credit risk assessment
Curiosity, adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
