What You'll Do
Design personalized fitness programs based on assessments, goals, and client needs
Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 training sessions
Conduct progress reviews and fitness assessments every 4–6 weeks
Help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall health
Educate clients on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits
Create exceptional client experiences that drive long-term success
Collaborate with a team of fitness professionals committed to excellence

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
CPR/AED Certification
Dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life
Preferred
NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA Certification
1+ years of personal training experience
Experience working with active aging adults, weight management, corrective exercise, or post-rehabilitation populations
