We're proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike's ability to win and retain the most strategic accounts in JAPAC depends heavily on the quality of our marketing programs and the relationships they create. CISOs, CIOs, and senior technology leaders across the region are making high-stakes decisions in a complex threat environment, and they want to engage with a security partner that understands their world and brings them together with peers who share their challenges.

As Executive Engagement Marketing Lead, JAPAC, you will support and drive the management and execution of the marketing programs and field activities that build and deepen CrowdStrike's relationships and thought leadership across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive Programs, JAPAC, you will work closely with field marketing, sales leadership and corporate teams to ensure every program is delivered with the precision, quality and care that reflects CrowdStrike's position as the world's leading cybersecurity company.

You will play a key role in supporting the execution of high stakes marketing programs across JAPAC, helping ensure CrowdStrike shows up consistently and with impact for the most important prospects and customers across the region.

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a team player, who deeply values the outcomes and impact of their work. In this role, you will own:

  • Executive Program Execution: Support and drive the end-to-end management and execution of JAPAC executive programs and field activities, working closely with the Senior Manager, Executive Programs to ensure every program is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard. Help develop templates, playbooks and events-in-a-box resources that give regional field marketing teams a repeatable and consistent foundation to execute their own programs across the JAPAC region.

  • Global and Regional Program Support: Support and drive the management and execution of both global and regional marketing programs across the JAPAC region, helping ensure CrowdStrike shows up consistently and with impact at every touchpoint for the most important prospects and customers across the region.

  • Audience and Community Engagement: Support and drive the management and execution of audience engagement across programs, working closely with sales and marketing teams across the JAPAC region to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and have an exceptional experience from first communication through to post-event follow-up.

  • Executive Visit Management: Support and drive the management and execution of senior executive and ELT engagements and visits across the JAPAC region, maintaining visibility of who is coming, when and where the best opportunities are to connect them with the right customers and prospects. Work closely with field teams and executive assistants to ensure every visit is planned well in advance, every detail is covered and every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

  • Field Team Enablement: Support and drive the management and execution of best practice and playbook development across the JAPAC region, giving field teams the tools, templates and repeatable frameworks they need to execute programs to a consistently high standard.

  • Logistics and Program Operations: Support and drive the management and execution of all program and field activity logistics across the JAPAC region, bringing precision and care to every detail and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a complex, multi-market calendar.

Who You Are:

  • The Relationship Builder: You are skilled at building trust with senior executives, their assistants and chief of staff networks across the JAPAC region. You understand how to navigate complex organisations and ensure the right people are in the right rooms at the right time.

  • The Craftsperson: You have high personal standards for quality and bring precision and care to every program and engagement you support. You understand that at the executive level every detail matters and nothing gets left to chance.

  • The Executor: You are comfortable supporting and driving end-to-end delivery across multiple programs simultaneously across the JAPAC region. You are organised, calm under pressure and completely reliable when it counts. When you own something it gets done and it gets done well.

  • The Collaborator: You work effectively with corporate teams, field marketing, sales leadership and executive assistants across the region. You know how to bring people together around a shared goal and get things done without direct authority.

  • The Commercial Thinker: You understand that these programs exist to drive business outcomes. You have worked in or alongside sales and GTM teams and you understand how executive engagement and marketing programs connect to pipeline, relationships and revenue across the JAPAC region.

  • The Expert: You bring solid experience in program management, event management or working closely with senior executive stakeholders, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment. Experience working across multiple JAPAC markets is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Need:

  • Significant experience in program management or event management in a B2B technology environment, with demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder programs across multiple markets simultaneously

  • Proven experience managing senior executive and C-suite stakeholder engagements across JAPAC markets, with the ability to ensure every engagement lands with impact and leaves a lasting impression

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple programs in parallel across different markets and time zones without dropping anything

  • Experience working in or alongside sales and GTM teams, with genuine understanding of pipeline, commercial outcomes and how marketing programs connect to revenue

  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, written, verbal and in the room, with the ability to keep distributed teams informed, aligned and prepared

  • Experience working within or alongside field marketing teams, with an understanding of how regional marketing programs are planned and executed across multiple JAPAC markets

  • Experience with marketing attribution, pipeline reporting and marketing operations

  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where standards are high, priorities shift and ambiguity is normal

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
