As a Sales Advisor - Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Leading sales force effectiveness initiatives, productivity analysis, resource allocation, territory optimization, sales incentive programs, Salesforce CRM governance, commercial planning, forecasting, and Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes. Serve as the ITO focal point for business reviews and ensure data integrity across commercial and enterprise systems (CRM, SFDC, ERP, and related platforms).
- Managing products, services, and solutions that require in-depth technical expertise and understanding of customer operating environments. Provide technical and commercial guidance to support customer requirements and business growth objectives.
- Driving complex sales opportunities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. Develop commercially competitive proposals by integrating technical, economic, operational, logistical, and financial considerations.
- Own and manage strategic customer relationships for designated product lines, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
- Collaborating closely with technical, operational, and commercial teams to address customer requirements, evaluate local market conditions, and develop growth strategies.
- Supporting and managing medium-to-large-scale sales opportunities while ensuring alignment with regional and business objectives.
- Leading India business development initiatives, including active sales pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, market expansion, customer engagement, and conversion strategies to support short- and long-term growth targets.
- Taking ownership of creating, maintaining, and accelerating a robust sales pipeline to support revenue growth in alignment with MRP and LRP commitments.
- Deliver and exceed India revenue targets through disciplined opportunity management, strategic account penetration, and commercial execution.
- Demonstrating flexibility to support APAC regional growth priorities and proactively help close revenue and pipeline gaps across the region as business needs arise.
- Operating with a high level of accountability, resilience, and urgency in a demanding commercial environment, consistently going above and beyond to achieve business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor's or Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Leadership, Business Development, or related functions within the energy industry, preferable in India or Asia Pacific.
- Have a proven track record in business development, sales pipeline creation, revenue growth, and achievement of commercial targets.
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Have flexible and adaptable with respect to working hours and business requirements.
- Have a willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Have a strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Have a demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges.
- Have proven capability to lead strategic programs, initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
- Have an ability to develop, document, market, and execute commercial programs and business plans.
- Have strong project management and organizational skills.
