Your Role: Senior Strategic Account Manager – Asia CP

To manage and continue to develop the overall sale performance of Regional SAM CP, manage product portfolio in CP Cluster, meet and maximize sales as agreed organizational objectives, through effective leadership of the sales and optimal management of resources, coaching of the CP sales in affiliate, and partnership with CP channel partners.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Achieve the CP sales performance across Elanco product categories year on year.

• Develop and execute the CP business and profit plans according to the existing local and Asia resources.

• Work out the route to market strategy for CP cluster and manage CP Key Account Managers & Distributors in affiliates.

• Analyse and evaluate metrics and reports to ensure the placement and utilization of resources for maximum business results.

• Develop and implement the marketing plans through the representatives and channel partner to CP cluster for all Elanco brands.

• Develop the image of Elanco in the CP market through product knowledge and value beyond products.

• Establish a long-term relationship with CP at all levels as SAM.

• Drive CP market intelligence initiatives, monitor and report on competitor’s activities.

• Coach and grow a CP team each affiliate to represent Elanco’s products and direct the effort of CP channel partners. Drive accountability of the team.

• Review and reconcile with CP Sales and Marketing on implementation of monthly and quarterly action plan.

• Ensuring of myself and my subordinates comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine is required.

• 10 years’ minimum experience and in-depth knowledge of Animal Health Business.

• Experience working in or around CP / Key Accounts highly regarded.

• Result oriented, and good selling skills.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, dealing with ambiguity.

• Team player with high degree of customer focus (active listening).

• Strong self-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and influence teams without authority to deliver on expectations.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

Financial and Business Results:

• Year-end results of Sales, OPEX spending and Profitability of CP cluster.

Strategy/Market Focus:

• Quality and timeliness implementation of marketing plan in CP cluster.

• Assigned key brand sales by quantity and value compared to budget (SGIs).

• Return-on-investment analysis for promotional campaign or market activity.

• Satisfaction of CP cluster with quality of marketing support activity.

• Location: Bangkok / HCMC VN

• Travel: Domestic & International

• Language skills: Fluent in English and Thai.
