サービスプロバイダ担当部門にて、シスコが持つ幅広い製品・サービスを活用し、お客様の課題解決およびビジネス拡大に貢献するプリセールス活動をご担当いただきます。

営業部門と協力しながら、サービス部門・技術サポート部門・本社開発部門との協業を推進し、技術面からビジネスに貢献していただきます。

アカウントSEとして担当するお客様と信頼関係を構築し、シスコの幅広い製品・サービスを活用しながら、お客様の課題を解決するための技術的な営業活動を行います。

• お客様の課題や技術要件の整理
• 最適なシスコソリューションの検討と提案活動
• 提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーションの実施
• 実機デモやPoCの実施と報告
• 技術的な問い合わせ対応
• 商談に関して国内他部門や海外開発部門等との協業
• 競合他社との差別化提案

必須となる経験とスキル

• ネットワーク関連機器（特にルータ、スイッチ）の5年以上のプリセールス業務経験
• WAN関連のL3/L2プロトコルの知識
• POC、実機デモや検証作業の知識と経験
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• チームやプロジェクトを率いるリーダーシップ能力
• お客様のためにプロアクティブな活動ができる方
• 新しい事へのチャレンジ精神

望ましい経験とスキル

• サービスプロバイダーのお客様担当としてのプリセールス経験
• 生成AIや機械学習に関する知識
• 仮想化・コンテナ基盤（Docker/K8s etc）に関する知識と経験
• Ciscoソリューションおよび製品に関する実践的な知識
• 英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• シスコ技術者認定（エキスパートレベル：CCIE）

In this role, you will be responsible for pre-sales activities within our Service Provider division, leveraging Cisco’s broad portfolio of products and services to solve customer challenges and contribute to business growth.

Working closely with the sales team, you will collaborate with our service, technical support, and global engineering teams to drive business impact through technical expertise. As an Account SE, you will build strong relationships with your assigned customers and lead technical sales efforts to address their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing customer challenges and technical requirements.
• Designing and proposing optimal Cisco solutions.
• Creating proposal materials and delivering presentations.
• Conducting and reporting on product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoC).
• Responding to technical inquiries.
• Collaborating with internal domestic and global engineering teams on business opportunities.
• Developing strategies for competitive differentiation.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with network equipment (specifically routers and switches).
• Knowledge of WAN-related L3/L2 protocols.
• Knowledge and experience with PoC, product demonstrations, and validation testing.
• High-level communication skills in Japanese.
• Leadership capabilities to lead teams or projects.
• Proactive approach to customer success.
• A strong spirit for taking on new challenges.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Pre-sales experience serving Service Provider customers.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Knowledge and experience with virtualization and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of Cisco solutions and products.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification.
