The Systems Administrator III role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within infrastructure operations being Servers, Database, Cloud and/or Desktop Engineering. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

• Experience working effectively in global and cross-functional environments.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of delivering business outcomes.

• Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology tools.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and customer-focused mindset.

• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft) are preferred.
