Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month contract. This role will focus on supporting our growing recruitment needs, with a particular emphasis on data center-related positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruitment expertise and the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned requisitions, with primary focus on data center roles including engineers, technicians, facility managers, and operations personnel
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates meeting technical and cultural requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipeline data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
- Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders
- Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless hiring processes
Candidate Experience
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Provide timely communication and feedback to all applicants
- Ensure positive candidate experience that reflects company values and employer brand
- Guide candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about data center industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability
- Share market insights with hiring managers to inform recruitment strategies
- Recommend innovative sourcing approaches to access hard-to-find talent
Working Arrangements

Essential Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical or operational roles
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in fast-paced settings
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search)
- Excellent screening and assessment capabilities to evaluate candidate fit
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented with strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience
- Previous recruitment experience in data center, facilities management, or critical infrastructure environments (strong advantage)
- Understanding of data center roles including: Data Center Technicians, Facility Engineers, Electrical/Mechanical Engineers, Operations Managers, Critical Environment roles
- Familiarity with technical certifications common in data center industry (CDCP, CDCS, etc.)
- Experience recruiting for real estate, construction, or industrial sectors
Additional Experience
- Background in high-volume recruitment or project-based hiring
- Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives
- Previous contract or temporary recruitment roles demonstrating ability to deliver immediate impact
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Professional recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) are a plus
