Wash N Roll is a fast-growing car wash company focused on providing customers with a convenient, high-quality car wash experience while building strong relationships in the communities we serve.

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales Representative to help grow our membership base and introduce customers to the value of a Wash N Roll membership.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and helping them choose the Wash N Roll membership that best fits their lifestyle. You’ll work directly with customers at our locations and play an important role in driving membership growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, competitive, and comfortable starting conversations with people throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and create a welcoming experience.

• Educate customers about Wash N Roll membership options, benefits, and promotions.

• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and recommend the appropriate membership.

• Confidently present and sell memberships to new and existing customers.

• Build relationships with customers and encourage long-term membership retention.

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.

• Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.

• Work closely with the location team to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

• Represent the Wash N Roll brand professionally at all times.

• Participate in local marketing, promotional events, and community outreach as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable approaching and talking with new people.

• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Reliable and dependable.

• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
