Job Description

Your role:

·       Lead and support various FEI innovation activities including brief investigation, advance development, technical research, open innovation etc 

·       Collaborate with different G&B organization to understand consumer insight, claim direction, and identify the innovation topics and drive key innovation into technical and product roadmap.

·       IP generation and analysis for innovation activities.

·       Working with Marketing & PRC for proposition and key claim creation.

• Preferred Qualification:

  PHD in physics

• Experiences:

  15+ working experience. Prefer with research background.

  • Strong IP generation competence
  • Sensing modelling development
  • Data processing
  • Transfer function development.
  • Light technology knowledge
  • beauty product development experience and skin benefit knowledge
  • Aerodynamic knowledge
• Most Job Critical Soft Skills:

  Excellent technical communication skill

  Written & oral English.
