Description
Our client is a boutique hospitality group located in Bingin, Uluwatu, Bali, operating an exclusive clifftop villa and dining concept overlooking the ocean. Known for its sophisticated atmosphere and commitment to operational excellence, they are actively seeking a highly analytical, dynamic, and hands-on IT Manager to lead technology operations, maintain robust IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless system performance that aligns with their luxury standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality, luxury resorts, restaurants, lifestyle venues, or multi-department operations.
- Prior pre-opening experience is highly preferred, with the ability to set up IT infrastructure, network cabling, hardware deployment, and POS systems from scratch.
- We are seeking a candidate who is not only a strategist but also technically capable and willing to be fully hands-on rather than purely administrative.
- Strong expertise in network administration, Wi-Fi infrastructure, hardware/software troubleshooting, POS platforms, and hospitality tech stacks.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a solid understanding of modern cybersecurity and data protection standards.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with management, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, optimize, and maintain network stability, Wi-Fi connectivity, hardware, servers, and overall IT systems across the venue.
- Manage POS, PMS, and hospitality-related software platforms, ensuring uninterrupted technical support for daily operations.
- Implement and uphold strong cybersecurity protocols, network security, data protection measures, and regular system backups.
- Vendor & Service Management: Source, negotiate, and oversee external IT vendors, internet service providers, and technical contractors for maintenance and upgrades.
- Hands-on Troubleshooting: Actively resolve hardware, software, and network issues on-site, taking full ownership of IT challenges to minimize operational downtime.
