About Payoneer
Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories.
By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence.
Role Summary
Payoneer's Business Application & Ecosystem domain builds the financial platform that powers how over a million businesses around the world get paid, hold money, and move it - payments, cards, digital wallets, pricing, and a growing set of new products like Stablecoin. It's a large, fast-moving domain, that is also going through major platform modernization. We're looking for a Domain Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of this domain - the person who turns strategy into predictable, well-run execution.
You'll partner closely with the Domain Head to plan, track, and communicate everything the domain delivers, while working across Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams.
What you'll do:
- Planning & roadmap: Support and facilitate the domain's quarterly and annual planning process, and make sure the roadmap stays clear and on track from idea to delivery
- Managing dependencies across teams: Spot where this domain's work depends on other teams, and drive those issues to resolution before they cause delays
- Advancing toward AI-Native: Help drive the domain's shift to AI-native ways of working, embedded across how teams plan, build, and operate
- Process & delivery governance: Champion consistent, well-run delivery practices across the domain's teams, including major platform modernization efforts
- Tracking performance & health: Own the key metrics and dashboards that show leadership how the domain is performing, and flag emerging trends early
- Budget & staffing planning: Support planning for team capacity and budget, including vendor management
- Risk & issue management: Keep a clear log of risks and issues facing the domain, and drive them to mitigation and resolution
- Leadership reporting & communication: Prepare clear, business-focused updates for senior leadership
- Running leadership meetings: Own the domain's leadership meeting cadence - agendas, decisions, and follow-through
- Driving efficiency across the wider organization: Lead initiatives that make operations run more smoothly and share what works with other operations leads across the organization
Who you are:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program and/or project management
- Proven experience leading large, cross-company programs (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or complex tech environments)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building dedicated AI tools and workflows to create operational efficiency
- Ability to coordinate multiple domains and drive alignment across business units
- Experience with Agile, product development life cycles, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent communication and executive-level reporting and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, or a related field
