Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a professional appearance
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Previous experience in customer service or reception ( AT LEAST 1 YEAR)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not necessary
Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times
- Provide general information about the company’s services or policies to visitors or callers
