Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and RuleStream environments.
  • Create, modify, and maintain product structures, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and engineering data.
  • Assist in product data management and document control activities.
  • Support engineering change management processes, including ECOs, ECNs, and workflow execution.
  • Validate and maintain data accuracy within Teamcenter.
  • Assist in RuleStream configuration, testing, and execution of engineering rules.
  • Monitor workflows and resolve basic operational issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate engineering information.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking activities.
  • Prepare operational reports, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Follow established quality, compliance, and data governance standards.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
  •  Freshers ME 2026
  • Good understanding of engineering concepts, BOMs, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of PLM concepts.
  • Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Awareness of RuleStream or engineering automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of CAD systems such as NX, Creo, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
  • Understanding of change management processes.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is an added advantage.
