Overview

Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI

  

Digitas is seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI to support the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our proprietary, generative AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and internal stakeholder teams to help define, document, and deliver innovative AI-powered and digital products for agency operations and client projects. 

 

You’ll leverage your analytical, communication, and project execution skills to support requirements gathering, solution documentation, testing, and platform enhancements for both our internal agency users and external clients. You’ll help bring generative AI-driven features and workflows to life by executing day-to-day product analysis activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support requirements gathering by participating in research, interviews, and working sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts under the guidance of Product Managers or senior team members. 

• Assist with the creation and maintenance of product and functional documentation - including requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria - using industry standards and company templates. 

• Help translate requirements into clear user/process flows, data models, and analysis matrices with support from senior product and technical team members. 

• Support Product and Engineering teams by helping communicate and clarify requirements, capture technical feedback, and document product specifications. 

• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and share timely updates on assigned tasks, requirements, and progress. 

• Assist QA efforts by reviewing test cases, documenting and tracking defects, and helping validate the quality and accuracy of AI-driven features and enhancements. 

• Collaborate with experience designers, engineers, QA analysts, and account leads during feature development, helping ensure user and business needs are understood and reflected in project work. 

• Conduct guided research to support best practices, vendor/tool evaluations, and feature exploration for generative AI and adjacent technologies. 

• Support prompt writing and AI agent creation by drafting, testing, and refining prompt instructions, agent workflows, and use case documentation in partnership with Product, Engineering, and stakeholder teams. 

• Stay current on trends in generative AI, MarTech, automation, and digital product development, and share relevant learnings with the team. 

• Prepare concise, accurate progress updates, documentation, and/or presentation materials for technical and non-technical audiences with input from senior team members.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong documentation and project management support skills. 

• Clear written and verbal communicator who can work collaboratively with stakeholders at different experience levels and technical backgrounds. 

• Highly organized and adaptable - thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities and project requirements may evolve. 

• Proficient using documentation and collaboration tools (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio/Figma/other diagramming tools, JIRA, Confluence). 

• Possess general knowledge of digital/MarTech platforms, software development processes, and agile project frameworks. 

Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 

• 2–4 years of industry experience in Digital/Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or supporting Digital/MarTech projects. 

• Foundational familiarity or interest in generative AI and related digital technologies. 

• Exposure to AI-related tools or platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies (e.g., using chatbots, prompt engineering, or no/low-code AI tools) is a strong plus. 

• Demonstrated ability to research and synthesize emerging AI and automation technologies to support documentation, requirements, or solution proposals. 

• Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, documentation, QA/test case support, and partner collaboration. 

• Experience with agile project delivery and supporting multiple stakeholders is preferred.

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $107,744.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
