As the ITCD Team Lead, you will provide individual, group, family, and educational services to clients while overseeing and supporting Community Support Specialists. This role combines direct clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including staff supervision, crisis intervention support, treatment planning participation, quality assurance activities, documentation oversight, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide individual, group, family, and psychoeducational services to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
· Lead, mentor, and support Community Support Specialists through regular supervision, coaching, and team meetings.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to assess client needs, establish treatment goals, and support positive clinical outcomes.
· Participate in clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, diagnosis documentation, treatment planning, annual reviews, and treatment plan updates.
· Respond to crisis situations and provide or coordinate emergency behavioral health interventions when necessary.
· Support staff in identifying referral needs, intervention strategies, and community resources that benefit clients.
· Monitor caseload distribution and assist team members with effective time management and service delivery.
· Accompany staff during community visits as needed to support employee safety, skill development, and quality service delivery.
· Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, compliance, and quality standards while providing constructive feedback.
· Participate in quality assurance activities, program evaluation initiatives, and data collection efforts.
· Facilitate hiring activities, onboarding support, performance evaluations, credentialing recommendations, and disciplinary processes as appropriate.
· Present educational information in community settings to increase awareness and understanding of mental health services.
· Review travel documentation and mileage requests to ensure accuracy and medical necessity.
· Attend required meetings and contribute to staff development, training initiatives, and organizational goals.
· Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
· Experience providing counseling, behavioral health services, or treatment interventions for individuals with mental health, substance use, or co-occurring disorders.
· Experience leading teams, supervising staff, or providing clinical guidance preferred.
· Missouri licensure as a Professional Counselor or Social Worker preferred.
· Ability to effectively communicate clinical information verbally and in writing.
· Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and clinical documentation requirements.

Additional Qualifications:

· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current automobile insurance required.
· Missouri Chauffeur’s Driver License preferred when operating company-owned vehicles.
· Ability to provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to team members.
· Ability to effectively manage difficult situations while exercising professionalism and sound judgment.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, community partners, and organizational leadership.
· Successful completion of required background screenings, including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.

Physical Requirements

· Perform sedentary work involving exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and negligible force frequently.
· Sit for extended periods while performing administrative, supervisory, and documentation responsibilities.
· Frequently use hands, fingers, and arms for typing, writing, and computer-based work.
· Occasionally stand and walk throughout the workday while supporting staff and client needs.
· Travel within the community as necessary to support service delivery and staff supervision.
