Who We’re Looking For:
PMP is looking for energetic, passionate, personable, and detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team. The right candidate will embrace change, celebrate innovation, and have an unwavering passion for providing extraordinary customer service to our valuable clients.
Position Description: The Associate Community Manager will assist the Community Managers with multiple administrative responsibilities and duties.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
- Directly assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
- Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
- Update association portals, including but not limited to current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
- Create monthly newsletters.
- Assist with architectural application process.
- Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
- Strong organizational skills
- An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent computer abilities to navigate our care systems, as well as Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic data-entry and typing skills
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Stable employment record
- Regular, predictable attendance
- Ability to effectively communicate in a respectful and positive manner
Requirements
Exceptional Customer Service
Prior experience in HOA or Luxury High-Rise
Contemplated Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours per Week: 40
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
