WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
Candidates with commercial moving industry experience and knowledge of estimating, pricing models, and proposal development are highly preferred. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial moving, logistics, transportation, or business services
- Previous management or supervisory experience leading a sales team
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to build long-term client and strategic partner relationships
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR COMMERCIAL SALES MANAGER
This is a full-time leadership role that typically works during business hours.
As our Commercial Sales Manager, you'll spend your days leading and developing a high-performing sales team while identifying new opportunities to grow our commercial moving division. You'll establish goals, coach team members, analyze performance metrics, recruit and develop talent, and create strategies that drive revenue growth. You'll actively build relationships through networking events, referrals, prospecting efforts, trade shows, and strategic partnerships while managing lead generation and sales pipelines. From preparing proposals and presentations to overseeing RFP responses, pricing structures, job costing, truckload calculations, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance, you'll play a critical role throughout the sales process. You'll also collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless project transitions, monitor customer satisfaction, support major account development efforts, manage CRM reporting, analyze sales trends, assist with marketing initiatives, and oversee departmental scheduling and timekeeping.
