Customer Service Representative

Guardian Tax | Chandler, AZ | Full-Time | In-Office

Guardian Tax is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Chandler team.

In this role, you’ll communicate with Guardian Tax clients over the phone, welcome them to our services, and help them better understand their accounts. You’ll be focused on providing a great client experience, answering questions, and making sure clients feel supported and informed.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
• Welcome clients to Guardian Tax and our services
• Review client accounts and go over their services
• Answer questions and provide helpful information
• Listen to client needs and help address questions or concerns
• Maintain a positive and professional client experience
• Work with the team to ensure clients receive excellent service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Ability to stay organized and pay attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
