What you will do
Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and special guest requests.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, dining venues, shopping destinations, and cultural attractions.
Assist guests with itinerary planning and personalized recommendations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and requests.
What you bring
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
