## Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Risk Management, or a related technical field, or a similar blend of education and relevant high-risk industry experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in EHS, operational safety, safety engineering, process safety, risk engineering, or leadership of high-hazard programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in fatality prevention or another high-consequence risk area, including evaluating hazards, applying the hierarchy of controls, and making complex risk-based decisions.
- Experience developing, implementing, interpreting, or governing technical standards, safety requirements, and risk management programs across multiple sites or organizations.
- Demonstrated capability to impact partners at every level, articulate complex technical topics to senior leaders, and foster balanced improvements through cooperation and technical knowledge.
