Responsibilities:
Leads and manages the Infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Develops and executes the enterprise infrastructure roadmap, aligning network and server architecture with business objectives and growth plans.
Owns infrastructure capacity planning, lifecycle management, and refresh strategies for network and server/compute environments.
Implements and maintains infrastructure monitoring and observability across network, server, and database environments, including database administration functions such as backup and recovery, performance tuning, patching, and query optimization.
Oversees the design and maintenance of resilient, highly available server and network solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Hyper-V, and Windows Server.
Manages infrastructure vendor relationships, including hardware procurement, maintenance contracts, and managed service providers.
Defines and governs infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation.
Collaborates with the Manager of Information Security to enforce infrastructure security standards, drive vulnerability remediation, and support compliance efforts.
Oversees business continuity and disaster recovery planning for network and server infrastructure, including RTO/RPO objective management and testing.
Collaborates with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to support and secure operational technology (OT) infrastructure.
Drives infrastructure automation initiatives to enforce best practices, reduce manual effort, and improve documentation accuracy.
Leads infrastructure projects from scoping through delivery, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. Supports on-call escalations for critical infrastructure issues and establishes escalation procedures for the team.
Provides and operates the supporting infrastructure for enterprise application and ERP platforms such as Sage X3, including server builds, load balancing, storage and storage high availability, and network connectivity.
Manages the team that defines standardized BOMs and infrastructure deployment standards for new building projects and site upgrades.
Directs endpoint architecture and management strategy, including device lifecycle, imaging and provisioning standards, mobile device management (MDM), patch and update management, and endpoint security posture, in partnership with Information Security.
Uphold and lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including Zero Waste and sustainability, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering opportunities.
This position has food safety responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5 or more years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure engineering, including 3 or more years in a leadership or management capacity; or 3 or more years of experience with an advanced degree.
Deep expertise in enterprise network design and administration, including routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN/ZTNA.
Strong experience with Microsoft server technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Azure networking and hybrid connectivity.
Experience managing projects with a focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability; experience with storage area network (SAN) devices preferred.
Experience in Manufacturing organizations and operational technology (OT) environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical staff and communicate infrastructure strategy to senior leadership.
