Especialista en Planeacion de Demanda

PROPÓSITO FUNDAMENTAL:

Construir, actualizar y ajustar el plan de demanda para la unidad de negocio asignada, bajo los lineamientos de los estimados de ventas, las capacidades de fabricación, la información del mercado y las estadísticas, con el fin de lograr el nivel de servicio acordado con los clientes y la optimización del capital de trabajo.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

•    Analizar, construir y retroalimentar el plan de demanda en consenso con el equipo comercial, para responder a la promesa de servicio pactada con el cliente, considerando las tendencias del mercado, los planes promocionales, el incremento de precios, las capacidades, la disponibilidad de producto y los costos de la cadena de suministro.
•    Diseñar y monitorear el cumplimiento de la promesa de servicio de los clientes, identificando retrasos en los pedidos o faltantes en la planeación, para retener y captar nuevos clientes.
•    Visitar los clientes del negocio, para entender desde el abastecimiento, las oportunidades de rediseñar los procesos y dar cumplimiento a la promesa de servicio.
•    Medir los indicadores claves del negocio como el forecast accuracy, otif, días de inventario y productos no conformes, para diseñar en conjunto con el área comercial, los planes de acción enfocados a cumplir las metas establecidas por la compañía.
•    Optimizar el portafolio del negocio mediante estadísticos, el uso de herramientas financieras y las tendencias del mercado, consensuadas con el negocio, para mejorar el flujo de materiales dentro de la cadena de suministro.
•    Administrar los pedidos de venta en firme, para incluirlos en el proceso de demanda del negocio y cumplir con los estimados de venta.
•    Planear los nuevos productos del negocio, con el fin de abastecer las necesidades de los clientes de una manera organizada y ajustada a la promesa de servicio.
•    Determinar las cantidades correctas de materiales que se deben trasladar a los centros de distribución, con el propósito de tener el inventario correcto para cumplir la promesa de servicio y evitar tener excesos. 
•    Mantener actualizados los datos maestros, que alimentan la planificación como forecast, factores de variabilidad, factores de lead time y clasificación de materiales ABC, junto con el equipo de planeación de la oferta con el fin de mantener el correcto abastecimiento de producto.

Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos:

 - Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
 - Dominio avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint).
 - Manejo avanzado de Power BI para análisis y visualización de datos.
 - Experiencia en sistemas ERP; conocimiento de Oracle es deseable.
 - Capacidad para utilizar herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial de manera estratégica para la optimización de procesos, análisis de información y toma de decisiones.

Debe contar mínimo con cuatro (4) años de experiencia en roles y funciones similares.
