Job Summary
The Sales Operations and Support Analyst will support the account management team in the region by owning all the administrative and transactional tasks required with in the sales lifecycle. In addition, the Sales Operations and Support Analyst manage and maintain existing software licenses and new business and supports sales organization with timely access to business systems, integrity of S&C data, and ensures adoption /utilization of associated digital platforms. The person is responsible for business systems and is accountable for data quality checks and identifying positive and/or negative trends.
Core Objective
Act as a key control point in the revenue cycle, ensuring that customer commitments are accurately translated into Sales Orders that support compliant revenue recognition, reliable financial reporting, and strong internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Sales Orders are complete, accurate, and compliant with contractual and financial requirements.
- Validate that all required supporting documentation (POs, contracts, pricing, approvals) is in place before order creation.
- Maintain the integrity of data that drives revenue recognition, invoicing, forecasting, and backlog reporting.
- Identify and escalate financial, compliance, or revenue recognition risks.
- Support audit readiness by maintaining strong controls, documentation, and traceability.
Mininum requirements
- Bachelor's degree complete in Business Administration, Accounting, Finances, Marketing, or related.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue cycle, from contract and sales order processing to billing and revenue recognition, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
- Solid financial and accounting knowledge, particularly revenue recognition principles, cut-off requirements, backlog, unbilled, and deferred revenue concepts.
- Understanding of commercial agreements, pricing structures, and customer invoicing requirements.
- ERP/SAP and related systems proficiency and strong attention to data quality (nice to have).
- English and Portuguese Fluent Speaker.
