As a Security Officer Full Time in SAINT PAUL, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support a welcoming customer experience, and communicate professionally with shoppers, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with store leadership and applicable emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Complete detailed and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
