Key Responsibilities:  

• Manage SI VGM ISF AMS Pre-alert & other document for export shipments
• Understand the overall shipment flow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in operational workflows.
• Provide value to customers through effective business solutions, leveraging strong business knowledge, process understanding, and a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor, record, and report performance, providing insights to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Comply with the customer SOP and monitor respective KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and productivity.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operations.
• Identify deviations between practice and IOPs/SOP and proactively take further appropriate action timely
• Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, escalating issues as defined in SOPs/IOPs.
• Execute reports and other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.

Qualification/s:

• 1- 3 years of experience in a logistics company (preferably global forwarders) at operation / document position.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
• Demonstrated ability in logical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to different time zones and international holidays.
• Careful, hardworking, and focused working style.
• Learning agility and openness to change management.
• Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...)
• Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and opposition.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
• Team player with positive and proactive attitude.
• Demonstrated ability in logical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Have a strong sense and knowledge on Systems Liasing, Data and Excel.
