Must be willing and able to work at any of our 3 office locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:

- Performs all front office duties including but not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, and collecting co-pays.
- Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Completes all necessary forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement from payers.
- Prepares daily deposit, reconciliation, and daily statistical information.
- Ensures patient waiting area and restrooms are clean and reflect a positive image of company.
- Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the company's Mission Statement, Vision, Values, and Performance Standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or described by Company policy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required qualifications include:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 1-year medical office experience.
- Proficient with computers.
- Background check performed.
