Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for delivering impactful facility/utilities projects in a world-class manufacturing environment?
Join LMV (LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam) as a Project Manager and take end-to-end ownership of facility projects ensuring LMV operates efficiently today and tomorrow.
Note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a structured project management process with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring best practices are embedded and refined on an ongoing basis.
Take full accountability for end-to-end project management to achieve business goals across a broad scope of facility-related projects, including but not limited to environmental protection, energy and water saving, building renovation, and waste reduction initiatives.
Conduct feasibility studies, develop business cases for budget approval, and create detailed technical specifications for proposed projects.
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to develop Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the tender process; evaluate technical proposals from vendors and provide technical clarifications as required.
Ensure all technical proposals meet RFP requirements, including functional specifications, company standards, property insurance requirements, safety, quality, and product standards.
Lead safety management during the execution phase of projects, including vendor accountability, procedure compliance, training coordination, and timely resolution of findings and corrective actions.
Manage project financials by delivering projects within agreed budgets, providing regular financial reporting, conducting follow-up meetings, and reporting to the Steering Committee where applicable.
Understand and navigate local authority approval and acceptance processes to ensure full regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all project activities align with the company’s Quality Policy and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policy.
Manage project change control by initiating Project Change Orders (PCOs) in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Provide technical support to the facility maintenance team when assistance is required for repairs or operational issues.
Ensure smooth change management throughout all project phases, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

The Facility Management Department at LMV oversees all soft and hard services, energy management, environmental practices, and waste handling to support both production operations and personnel at LMV. The team plays a critical role in ensuring the factory runs safely, sustainably, and in full alignment with current operational needs and future requirements.
In this role, the Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for external partners and contractors, taking ownership of facility and building projects from inception through to completion. This position directly contributes to the long-term operational efficiency and adaptability of LMV as it continues to grow and evolve as a world-class LEGO manufacturing facility.
Do You Have What It Takes?
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Must-Have Qualifications
A minimum of 5–10 years of experience in facility or construction project management, with a preference for candidates who have a background in manufacturing facility operations.
Thorough understanding of the full project management lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Proven expertise in project preliminary management, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and tendering process management.
Demonstrated ability to develop technical proposals, conduct comparative evaluations, and provide prioritized recommendations to support decision-making.
Ability to convert technical plans into commercial budgets and resource plans.
Experience designing tender strategies, managing technical evaluation processes, and developing scoring criteria based on user requirements.
Structured approach to reporting and presentations, with the ability to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and planning skills, with a collaborative team player mindset.
Experience working within a multinational company environment.
Advanced oral and written English and Vietnamese proficiency.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and acts on opportunities without being prompted.
Willingness to share knowledge and best practices across factory sites and functions.
Familiarity with PDCA methodology and structured problem-solving approaches.
Knowledge of LEED certification standards and sustainable construction practices.
Awareness of local regulatory requirements related to construction and facility management in Vietnam.
