Requirements:
- Workday Recruiting certification is must.
- At least 3–8 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Recruiting systems.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting configuration, including requisition creation, job posting, candidate management, and offer management.
- Responsible for client deliverables (functional) of medium-high complexity work with quality check.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their business needs.
- Configure and maintain the Workday Recruiting system to ensure it aligns with the client's requirements.
- Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype.
- Understand Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the system is functioning correctly.
- Provide training and support to users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets.
- Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, and assess their potential impact on the organization.
Preferences:
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more Recruitment implementations for at least two phases.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
