About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the development of language-related applications, including system design, programming, unit testing, system and integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production implementation. The role may also involve mentoring engineers and specialists in system development to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

• We need to link up with customers to understand the customer's requirement (20%)

• Assistant Project Owner to provide the estimation and schedule (10%)

• Draft technical specification according to business requirement (40%)

• Perform programming and unit test (10%)

• Fix system & integration testing and UAT defects promptly, delivery services with quality and within timeline (10%)

• Mentor and support information engineer for system development (10%)

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirement:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Experience:

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one popular programming language, preferably Java, JavaScript, COBOL, Python, C++, or Go.

• Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in at least one popular software framework, preferably Spring Boot, Flask, Django, React, Angular, or Gin.

• 3+ years of database and SQL experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, etc.

Process Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Language Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
