Responsibilities
Summary:
As a BPO Vendor Analyst, you are responsible for managing relationships with vendors and franchisees to ensure agreements, communications, and customer service levels are delivered at optimal levels. Ensures vendor agreements are rolled out, implemented, and compliant; ensures customer service levels for vendors and franchisees; and manages franchise event details and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Manages external relationships with vendors to ensure vendor agreements are within compliance and vendor performance is in alignment with SVM strategic goals and priorities.
- Works with vendors for rollout and implementation of agreements.
- Acts as liaison between vendors and franchisees to ensure customer service levels.
- Supports R&D and franchise business units in researching new products, equipment, vendors as requested by leader.
- Manages expo, seminar, and convention setup details to include sales of booth spaces, soliciting funds, managing registration, programs, vendor participation and sponsorship for training academies, and budgets.
- Manages and composes communications to franchisees for assigned business units regarding programs, upcoming events, available products, and equipment, etc.
- May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum Experience required: 3+ years of experience in related field

Other/State Specific
This role pays between $72,000/Yr to $85,000/Yr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
