Description
What You’ll Do:
- Safely haul aggregate materials, jobsite supplies or tools, diesel, and heavy equipmet to and from job sites using well-maintained equipment.
- Operate belly dump trucks for sitework, construction, and earth-moving projects.
- Operate paver or lowboy for sitework, construction, and earth-moving projects.
- Operate goosneck or fuel trailer for sitework, construction, and earth-moving projects.
- Learn and grow your skillset in heavy hauling (training provided if you don’t have heavy hauling experience).
- Occasionally run over-the-road (OTR) loads as needed.
- Perform daiy routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Work closely with the team to deliver materials on time, contributing to the overall success of the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience operating belly dump or End Dump trucks.
- Heavy hauling experience is a plus, but we’ll provide training for the right candidate.
- Clean driving record and a valid CDL (Class A).
- Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and handle minor maintenance.
- Mechanically inclined a plus!
- Strong work ethic and dependability; must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in the sitework industry.
- Comfortable with occasional overnight travel for OTR loads.
