IT Technician
The G C School of Careers is seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic IT Technician to join our ICT Department.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and students across the school.
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, printers and other ICT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
- Assist with the management of user accounts, email accounts and access permissions.
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of the school's ICT infrastructure, servers and network systems.
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity standards and responding to security incidents.
- Prepare and support ICT laboratories for internal and external examinations.
- Support school communication systems and other ICT services.
- Maintain accurate ICT equipment and software inventories.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the school's ICT services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware and networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical skills.
