Description
Overview: A Little Journey Montessori School is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position with 38 - 40 hours per week that supports children ages 18 months to 3 years old in a high-quality Montessori environment.
Responsibilities:

- Lead the toddler classroom using Montessori principles and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Prepare and maintain an orderly, engaging learning environment.
- Observe and document child development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Support classroom assistants and collaborate with school leadership.
- Ensure safety, supervision, and adherence to licensing and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Montessori Infant/Toddler credentials (MACTE, AMS) preferred.
- Experience working with children under the age of 3.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism.
- CPR/First Aid certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
Schedule: Would vary Monday through Friday within the hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
