Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Behavioral Health Director for Tri-Area Community Health in Laurel Fork, Virginia.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide leadership for behavioral health services across multiple outpatient clinic locations.
• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary behavioral health team while maintaining a clinical caseload.
• Deliver outpatient therapy within an integrated primary care environment.
• Participate as a member of the organization's Leadership Team.
• Support program development, quality improvement initiatives, and behavioral health operations.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR to document and coordinate patient care.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist: Starting at $55/hour.
• LCSW or LPC: Starting at $45/hour.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health therapy.
• Ability to work within an integrated primary care environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Commitment to serving rural and underserved communities.
