JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITERIA
• A Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or a related scientific discipline will be considered.
• An Honours degree is required.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and other notable achievements (supported by university transcripts and matric results).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Strong analytical capability and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Technical competency (e.g., databases, programming, software development, or simulation modelling) is advantageous.
• Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Understanding of markets and evolving business environments.
• Awareness of relevant industry trends.
