We’re on a mission to transform business operations through S/4HANA and data-driven process transformation — delivering scalable, efficient solutions that drive standardization, automation, and business value across the Africa Zone. As Business Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for the functional (PR to PO) and data transformation of the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process within the S/4HANA program, ensuing business requirements are translated into robust system solutions and successfully validated through SIT and UAT.
Key roles and responsibilities
Define and execute the business transformation roadmap for the S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (PTP) stream, aligned with global template and Africa Zone objectives.
Drive process standardization and optimization using S/4HANA best practices.
Lead data transformation and migration activities for PTP, ensuring accuracy and business ownership of data and PR to PO process.
Coordinate and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for end-to-end business scenarios.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams.
Support cutover, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization.
Communicate complex system and data concepts clearly to business users and leadership.
Qualifications and Behavioral Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
Hands-on experience with data transformation, data migration, and data validation.
Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles for SAP implementations.
Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
Strong Excel skills including data analysis and automation (VBA Macros).
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
