Housekeeper
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. The position involves a flexible schedule with rotating weekends, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work experience. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with potential for growth and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as required
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests professionally and courteously
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and varied shifts
