How you'll make an impact in this role
- Work with Non-Qualified plans and Executive Leadership for compensation plans.
- Experience with Retirement Plan interpretation and administration
- Serves as a liaison between beneficiaries and participants and the plan administrator, handling or facilitating requests for contribution adjustments, refunds, and other administrative changes.
- Researches and assists in the administration of employee benefits.
- Collaborates with external vendors in order to administer and manage programs for highly-compensated employees.
- Strong defined contribution plan and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Non-Qualified Deferred compensation plans are required
- Retirement Plan interpretation and administration
- Communication experience with Executive-level associates
