A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets. Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles. Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, self-driven approach with a genuine desire to learn, grow and continuously improve. Build and grow your own pipeline through strategic prospecting and new business development. Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover business challenges and demonstrate clear commercial value. Present compelling solutions and ROI to HR, Finance and executive decision-makers. Own opportunities from first conversation through to close, partnering with internal specialists to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.
