Description
Responsibilities:
Support the accounting team in their day-to-day tasks, including, but not limited to:
- ensuring the proper flow of accounting documents
- archiving financial documents
- issuing and posting other sales invoices
- preparing bank transfers and posting bank statements
- entering documents and data into the accounting system
- preparing statements and reports
- participating in the month-end and year-end closing processes
Requirements:
- good command of English
- college degree or currently enrolled in college
- systematic approach, attention to detail and good work organization
- proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
- knowledge of the Symfonia system and accounting experience are a plus
