For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

  • +4 years of experience as a SNOC Analyst
  • Proficiency with network monitoring platforms such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, or LibreNMS to track performance, detect anomalies, and maintain infrastructure visibility.
  • Solid understanding of core networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, NTP/PTP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS, applied in production environments.
  • Ability to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for network and security infrastructure, ensuring continuity and reliability of business-critical operations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple locations while maintaining composure and clear communication during high-pressure operational situations.
  • Fluency in English (B2); Fluency in Portuguese (B2)
  • Availability for Hybrid model, 3 times a week based in Porto, and for a shift system in a 24/7 operation
  • Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
