The Front Desk Assistant Manager assists with overseeing the Front Desk team and reports directly to the Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Assistant Manager responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs and requests.
What you will do
Direct and control the activities of the Front Desk to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards, policies and procedures
Review daily movements (arrivals, departure, guests in house itineraries, restaurant reservations etc.) to ensure proper handling of Special Attention Guests, VIP Guests and Groups (if applicable)
Ensure all agents maintain a balanced bank and to reconcile all transactions at the close of their shift and to cash out
Memorize regular guests’ preferences and habits to provide attentive and personalized service
What we are looking for
Front Desk experience in luxury hospitality operations, a natural talent for ensuring our guests feel at home, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an exceptional eye for detail.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Megève and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
Knowledge of Opera PMS is required.
