About the Position
The Position will be responsible for:
- Preparing and performing chemical testing for environmental, food or traditional chinese medicine samples;
- Finishing require work to fulfill turnaround time requirement;
- Assisting research and development work;
- Calibration of equipment as required by the laboratory quality documents;
- Performing housekeeping duties as required;
- Performing calculations as required when conducting analytical methods;
- Performing other tasks as directed by the supervisors.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good computer skill with knowledge of Excel, Word
- Proficient English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge / experience on using laboratory equipment (eg. ICPMS, AAS) are advantages.
- Ability to learn and work under pressure
- Willingness to work in team
Required Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Environmental or other science related subjects or Level 4 or above under Qualifications Framework
- 0-1 year of testing laboratory experience
- Candidate with 3 years more working experience will be considered as Senior Technician.
- Fresh graduate are also welcome
