The Real Estate Agency Specialist is responsible for providing services for the sales and rental activities of real estate assets. The role, also, involves assisting clients throughout the property acquisition or leasing process, identifying suitable opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company’s property portfolio. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, sales-driven, and passionate about the real estate market.
Main Responsibilities
Support the sales and rental activities of all categories of properties.
Prepare and implement the plan of promotional actions as well as marketing materials, property presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Assist in identifying and approaching prospective clients and property owners.
Building strong relationships with clients, potential investors, buyers and tenants by understanding their needs and providing tailored property recommendations that best match their requirements and expectations
Conduct property viewings and present property features to prospective buyers and tenants.
Negotiating property transactions on behalf of clients to successfully close deals.
Maintain and update property listings, client records, and CRM systems.
Monitoring the real estate market, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of local market conditions in the areas where the assigned properties are located, conduct market research and collect information on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Assist in sourcing new properties for sale or lease and support portfolio growth initiatives.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing timely and professional support.
Assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process, coordinating documentation and administrative requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of transactions and positive customer experience.
Building and expanding a network of partnerships across the real estate sector.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Brokerage, or a related commercial role.
Higher Education Degree (AEI, TEI or Private Institution) in the fields of Real Estate, Economics, or relevant field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
Advanced knowledge of MS-Word, Power Point & Excel
Native Greek speaker & excellent command of the English language
