Requirements
Agriculture Equipment Operator/ Farm Crew Member practices and job duties may include:
- Operating agricultural machinery such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation equipment.
- Installing and maintaining irrigation systems.
- Assisting in planting, cultivating, and harvesting agricultural crops.
- Performing routine maintenance on farming machinery.
- Assisting trucks when entering, loading, unloading and leaving field.
- Communicating efficiently with management, drivers and other staff as necessary.
- General sod farm labor
