• Leasing Support:
  • Preparation of presentations and reports for potential leasing deals
  • Assist senior team members in deal structuring and research
• Business Development:
  • Research potential partners and leasing opportunities
  • Attend meetings and events to support networking efforts
• Financial Modeling:
  • Work on basic financial models and projections
  • Learn to evaluate leasing cash flows, NPV
• Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Support communication with internal teams and external advisors
  • Help maintain relationships with flex operators and developers
