This position is responsible for providing system knowledge to maintain clinical information systems relationship between the hospital and physician office systems. This position will serve as the primary resource to physicians and will assist with recredentialing and onboarding of faculty and advanced practice providers. The analyst will assist in identifying systems solutions to meet functional needs, streamline, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year of recent clinical, hospital or physician office experience
2. One (1) year personal computer experience, i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, email software, etc
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year of experience with privileging/credentialing.

1. Facilitates classroom training, one-on-one training, and end-user remediation for adult learners. Assesses staff readiness and abilities in the use of applicable systems. Provides end-user systems support. This position may require travel to other West Virginia United Health System (WVUHS) facilities or affiliated sites to assist with implementations, training, and/or support.
2. Identifies & resolves daily problems. Analyzes system issues and workflows and corrects system errors, as assigned. Assists in modification requests as assigned. Engages in expanding knowledge of existing user workflows.
3. Coordinate the completion of reappointment with providers.
4. Implement reappointment process for all Department of Medicine faculty and advanced practice providers.
5. . Assists in performing functional and integrated testing for basic workflows. Maintains an understanding of supported applications.
6. Participates in training and professional development sessions. Participates in departmental teams. Travels independently to remote sites and communicates back to the team while working offsite (if assigned). Offers assistance and support to co-workers. Contributes to building positive team spirit and cohesiveness. Balances team and individual responsibilities. Works proactively and cooperatively in group problem-solving situations. Encourages peers to seek innovative approaches to solve problems. Engages peers/ employees in improving the quality of the work.
7. Provides project support for the department, including planning and coordination of projects; automations of processes; implementation of new applications involving physician workflow; enhancement of existing physician workflow processes, and the training, evaluation, testing and maintenance of assigned projects. Develops and administers formal and informal project level communications at all levels in accordance with communication plans and requirements.
